Our total liability to you for any and all claims will be limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, or $100 USD if you have not made any purchases.
The service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that the service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be available without interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may modify these terms at any time. If we make a material change, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.
